  • All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
  • During this time, we confirm your order, conduct quality checks, and prepare your items for dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): 7–12 business days

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your shipment through the link provided in your email.

4. Shipping Fees & Duties

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import charges imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Elevation Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Accuracy of Shipping Information

Customers must ensure all shipping details — including full name, complete address, and active contact number — are accurate.

Elevation Gifts is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect customer information

If an order is returned because of address issues, additional reshipping fees will apply.


6. Delivery Confirmation

Once the courier marks a package as delivered, Elevation Gifts is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Items taken from unsecured delivery locations

We encourage customers to provide a safe and secure delivery address.


7. Delays & Non-Delivery

While we work with trusted logistics partners, occasional delays may happen.

Our team will review and assist promptly.


8. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple packages when items ship from different fulfillment centers.
You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split orders.
